Reservation Policy
We are pleased to inform you that a vehicle has been allocated for your dates. To reserve and guarantee your unit, an advance deposit of $500 MXN is required.
This deposit is 100% deductible from your total rental balance upon vehicle pickup at the counter.
The remaining rental balance and your chosen insurance coverage are settled at pickup (cash or card).
To maintain fleet availability, the advance booking deposit is non-refundable. By completing the payment, you fully guarantee your vehicle. Kindly confirm your acceptance of these terms before proceeding:

We have received your booking request for your selected dates. Our front-desk team is verifying turnaround and inspection times to guarantee a pristine vehicle for you.
⏱️ Response in under 15 minutes: We will send your confirmation shortly. If you do not hear back within 15 minutes, units are currently fully booked for your dates and your request will be placed on our cancellation waitlist.
