To process and confirm your vehicle reservation, we may collect the following information:
- Identification & Contact: Full legal name, country of nationality, email address, and active mobile phone / WhatsApp number.
- Booking Details: Desired vehicle category (Car or Scooter), rental dates, pickup and drop-off times.
- Rental Qualification (in-person at pickup): Physical valid driver's license, official passport or government ID, and refundable deposit acknowledgment.
- Payment Information: Transaction identifiers and payment confirmation through our PCI-DSS certified gateway (Clip). Turix Rental does not store your full credit or debit card number.
Primary Purposes (Necessary for service):
- Verifying vehicle fleet availability for your requested travel dates.
- Sending your booking folio, confirmation receipt, and official arrival guides.
- Sending secure digital checkout links (Clip 3D-Secure) for your reservation advance.
- Generating the bilateral vehicle rental agreement and insurance coverage documents upon delivery.
Secondary Purposes:
- Customer support via official WhatsApp (+52 985 115 8962) regarding your itinerary or flight updates.
- We do NOT engage in invasive telemarketing or sell your data.
Your data is stored in high-security databases encrypted with industry-standard protocols (AES-256 and SSL/TLS 256-bit encryption in transit). PINs and administrative access are strictly salted with cryptographic peppers to prevent unauthorized access.
